These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of verdabloom.com (the “Site”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Verdabloom (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Eligibility and Intended Use
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. Our products are intended for lawful consumer use only and are not for resale unless we explicitly agree in writing.
2) Account, Accuracy, and Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to promptly update it as needed.
3) Orders, Pricing, and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of promotions, pricing errors, inventory constraints, or shipping restrictions.
Prices and product availability may change without notice. If we correct an error after you place an order (e.g., pricing, description, inventory), we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
4) Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal). We do not store full payment card details. Your transaction may be subject to the payment provider’s terms and privacy practices.
5) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines shown on the Site are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, customs, peak seasons, or factors outside our control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law. If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, you must notify us promptly so we can help investigate; however, we are not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery unless required by law.
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may, at our discretion, reship at your expense or refund the order less any shipping/handling fees.
6) Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Our Refund and Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs returns, refunds, and replacements. In the event of conflict, these Terms control unless the Refund and Returns Policy expressly states otherwise.
Because seeds are a living product and outcomes depend on factors outside our control (e.g., temperature, moisture, light, planting depth, medium, storage), we do not guarantee specific germination results. We may offer troubleshooting, replacement-first solutions, or store credit as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
7) Product Information and Disclaimers (Seeds / Growing Outcomes)
We strive to display product information accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photos, growing guidance, or other content is complete, current, or error-free.
Growing guides and tips are provided for educational purposes only. You assume all risks associated with planting, cultivating, and consuming plants. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for outcomes caused by growing conditions, user error, pests, disease, weather, water quality, soil conditions, or storage.
8) Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful purposes
- interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, or transmit malware
- scrape, copy, or harvest data without permission
- misuse promotions, create fraudulent orders, or engage in chargeback abuse
- impersonate others or submit false information
- infringe our intellectual property or the rights of others
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
9) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, designs, and guides—is owned by Verdabloom or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
10) User Content and Reviews
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content for operating and marketing our Services, subject to applicable law.
You represent you have the rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights. We may remove User Content at our discretion.
11) Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards
Discount codes and promotions may be limited by time, inventory, eligibility, and other conditions. We may cancel orders or revoke promotions if we believe they are being misused.
If you return items purchased with a promotion, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotion terms.
12) Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
13) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdabloom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verdabloom from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
16) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
(If your local consumer-protection law requires a different venue or grants non-waivable rights, those rights will apply.)
17) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
