Ordering & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take a bit longer.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. From time to time we may run free shipping or bundle promotions; eligibility is shown at checkout.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have it. What do I do?

First, check your mailbox/parcel locker, building reception, and with neighbors. Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered early.
If you still can’t locate it, email us within 48 hours with your order number and we’ll help investigate with the carrier. Please note we can’t guarantee replacement for packages lost after confirmed delivery, but we’ll do our best to help.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Can I return seeds?

For safety and quality reasons, opened seed packets are not returnable. Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return with approval. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

Do you offer refunds if my seeds don’t sprout?

Seeds are a living product and outcomes depend heavily on growing conditions. We typically use a replacement-first approach after troubleshooting. If evidence suggests a seed-related issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

My order arrived damaged / missing / wrong. What should I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

a photo of the shipping label (if possible)
We’ll resolve it with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Growing & Germination

When will my order ship?

We conduct quality checks for germination at the batch level and inspect packaging for consistency. However, real-world germination can vary due to factors like temperature, light, moisture, depth, and medium.

What’s the #1 reason seeds fail?

In most cases:

insufficient light after sprouting

too deep planting

too wet (poor drainage → rot/mold)

too cold (slow/no germination)

What’s the simplest way to start (beginner method)?

Use seed-starting mix (not heavy garden soil)

Sow at about 2× the seed thickness

Keep evenly moist (not soaked)

Provide bright light 6–8 hrs/day once sprouted

Thin to the strongest seedlings

How long should I wait before I assume it won’t germinate?

It depends on the variety and temperature. As a general rule: give it 7–21 days under proper conditions. If you’re unsure, email us with your setup details and photos and we’ll help.

Do you guarantee a specific germination rate?

We don’t guarantee a specific outcome because growing conditions vary widely. We do stand behind our product quality and will support you through troubleshooting and fair resolutions when appropriate.

Product & Safety

Are these seeds treated or coated?

Unless explicitly stated on the product page, our seeds are not marketed as chemically treated. If you need a specific compliance requirement (e.g., organic certification), contact us before ordering.

Can I eat the plants I grow?

Many varieties are edible, but you are responsible for safe handling, allergies, and food safety practices. Wash produce thoroughly and follow local guidance. If you have medical concerns, consult a professional.
