What to include (so we can help faster)

If your message is about an order, please include:

  • Order number
  • Your full name
  • The email used at checkout
  • A short description of the issue

If your issue is about shipping/damage, attach:

  • Photos of the outer shipping package
  • Photos of the product
  • A photo of the shipping label (if available)

If your issue is about germination, attach:

  • Photos of your setup (tray/pot, medium, light source)
  • Temperature estimate (room temp is fine)
  • How deep you sowed & how often you watered
